My dearest fellow cancer patients and survivors,

My name is Marilyn Sepe, and I am a recent survivor of Triple Negative Breast Cancer. My journey began in early 2024, just after returning from a beautiful vacation. I felt a swelling under my arm, went for a mammogram, and in one moment… everything changed. As a mother and grandmother, the fear of not seeing my grandchildren grow up was overwhelming — but it also became my greatest motivation.

I fought hard. For a year and a half, through every treatment, I promised myself that if I made it through, I would give back in a meaningful way. That promise became my purpose.

After treatment, I joined the volunteer advisory board at my hospital, learning firsthand how much support cancer patients and their families truly need. I also realized how few safe aesthetic services exist for us — even something as simple as a manicure becomes risky during treatment.

That is why I created Onco 1 Med Spa Clinic. A Not-For-Profit organization where every service is designed with our safety, comfort, and healing in mind. A place built from love, knowledge, and lived experience.

I’m not just the founder — I’m also the nutritionist on staff, and you will see me working hands‑on, making sure you feel safe, cared for, and never alone.

This clinic is my way of turning something painful into something positive. It is a not for profit dedicated to our community, created so we can continue supporting one another through every stage of this journey.
